The Rayne Wolves will be playing at home against the Leesville Wampus Cats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
Last Friday, Rayne took a serious blow against DeRidder, falling 49-20.
Meanwhile, Leesville entered their tilt with Eunice with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Leesville blew past Eunice 48-24. The score was close at the half, but Leesville pulled away in the second half with 27 points.
It was another big night for Xavier Ford, who rushed for 309 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 7.9 yards per carry. Ford hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for four straight games.
Rayne's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-3. As for Leesville, their win was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 6-3.
Rayne was taken down by Leesville 47-6 in their previous matchup back in November of 2022. Will Rayne have more luck at home instead of on the road?
