Coffee had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They put the hurt on the West Laurens Raiders with a sharp 85-59 win on Saturday. The Trojans not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since December 20, 2024 (when they won 75-47).
Leading Coffee to victory were Xavien Littketon and Andre Scruggs. Littketon shot 67% from the field on his way to 28 points and five rebounds, while Scruggs almost dropped a double-double with nine points and nine steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Timothy Stone, who posted 12 points.
