  Ashton Walker and  Kelvin Anderson were among the main playmakers for Catholic as the former  went 7-for-14  to rack up 20 points in addition to eight  rebounds and three  steals and the latter  almost  dropped  a double-double with 20  points and nine  boards.  Catholic pushed their record up to 17-8 with the  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. As for Walsingham Academy, their  win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-7 and their overall record up to 5-15.
 Everything came up roses for Catholic against Walsingham Academy in their previous meeting  back in February of 2024, as the  team secured  a  71-19 victory.
