Lindsey Brown continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, shooting 4-for-10 from deep and dropping a triple-double on 31 points, ten rebounds, and 11 steals. The matchup was Brown's seventh in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Madison Martin, who scored 19 points along with four steals.
Edgewood Academy's victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-2. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 28.4 points. As for Macon-East Montgomery Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
