The Bethlehem Wildcats scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Malone with a sharp 52-28 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Bethlehem.
Bethlehem's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Madison Williams, who scored 21 points. That's the first time this season that Williams scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Bre KImble, who scored 15 points.
Bethlehem's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-8. As for Malone, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.
Bethlehem will head out on the road to face off against Poplar Springs at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Malone won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Marianna at 5:15 p.m. on January 11th.
