Triway has gone a perfect 3-0 against Chippewa recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Titans will take on the Chipps at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.
Triway is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Smithville just ended the team's four-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Smithies by a score of 3-2. While the Titans didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Smithies 25-18 in the first set.
Triway took Smithville into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking three-point loss. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-17, 20-25, 25-20, 15-12.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 26-28, 25-15, 25-19.

Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Monday's matchup: Triway has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 13.2 aces per game. However, it's not like Chippewa struggles in that department as they've been averaging 9.3 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
Triway skirted past Chippewa 3-2 in their previous matchup back in September of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Titans since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
