While Lebanon's victory against Covington wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Tigers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Trojans on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for Lebanon in their matchups with Covington: they've now won three in a row.

Alyza Holloman and MJ Platt scored both of Lebanon's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

The win got Lebanon back to even at 1-1. As for Covington, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-1.

Lebanon wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 5-3 victory against Tipton on the 23rd. As for Covington, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Crawfordsville on the 23rd.
