There are two new No. 1 teams this week in the MaxPreps Regional Football Rankings, as both Vista Murrieta and St. Edward moved to the top of their respective regions.
Vista Murrieta took over the top spot in the Farwest rankings, replacing Narbonne, which dropped to No. 2.
Meanwhile, St. Edward climbed slightly ahead of St. Ignatius this week to take over the top spot in the Midwest rankings.
Regional rankings are based on the MaxPreps Freeman Computer Rankings.
