Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only The Hereford Bulls walked away with it. Everything went their way against North Harford on Friday as Hereford made off with a 35-9 win. Considering Hereford has won six contests by more than 25 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Hereford's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Nico Mosquera, who rushed for 91 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Brendan Kittner, who threw for 157 yards and two touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes.
Hereford's win was their fifth straight at home , which pushed their record up to 7-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 40.8 points per game. As for North Harford, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.
Hereford will head out on the road to face off against Owings Mills at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Owings Mills is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling. North Harford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
