Living Word Lutheran found their leader in underclassman Kaleah Alles, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 12 rebounds. The contest was Alles' third in a row with at least ten points. Elise Raymond was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with 7 rebounds.
Meanwhile, St. Francis was beaten by Catholic Central 74-30 on Thursday.
Their wins bumped Living Word Lutheran to 4-0 and New Holstein to 1-6.
Everything went Living Word Lutheran's way against St. Francis in their previous meeting back in January as Living Word Lutheran made off with a 69-44 win. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was St. Francis' Kyana Aguilera, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds.
