NC GBB Academy won the last time they faced Word of God Christian Academy and things went their way on Saturday too. The NC GBB Academy Eagles simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Word of God Christian Academy Holy Rams 81-52. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 24 points or more this season.

Several Holy Rams players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ayeesha Curtis, who posted 18 points. Curtis continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played. Christa Greene was another key player, putting up 13 points.

NC GBB Academy is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 35.5 points. Word of God Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8.
