Laconia came tearing into Thursday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Milford Spartans by a score of 10-5. This was payback for the Sachems, who suffered a 13-3 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Kaydence Stinson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out six batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and two unearned) runs off nine hits.
