They took their matchup at home on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 63-28 win over Uvalde. The victory was nothing new for Floresville as they're now sitting on seven straight.
Floresville was led to victory by Samuel Rodriguez and Ryland Parker. Rodriguez scored 18 points along with seven rebounds and four steals, while Parker scored 22 points along with three steals. The matchup was Parker's 11th in a row with at least ten points. Izaac Hernandez was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with seven rebounds.
Floresville has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. As for Uvalde, they bumped their record down to 8-12 with that loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Carrizo Springs the next time they take the court. Floresville will head out to face Carrizo Springs at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, while Uvalde will host them at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
