Greensburg scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They received a blow as they fell 78-60 to the Jennings County Panthers. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Several Pirates players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jack Mckinsey, who posted 15 points and five boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Smith, who put up six points and four steals.

Carter Kent continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Jennings County, going 17 of 24 on his way to 42 points along with seven rebounds and five assists. The contest was Kent's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Jeremiah Davis was another key player, putting up eight points.

Greensburg now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Jennings County, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Greensburg wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 48-45 win against Franklin County on the 21st. As for Jennings County, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 53-48 victory against Seymour on the 21st.
