The Bowman County co-op [Bowman/Rhame] Bulldogs won the last time they faced the New England Tigers, and things went their way this past Saturday, too. The Bulldogs came out on top in a nail-biter against New England, sneaking past 68-64. The margin of victory was a little narrower than expected seeing as Bowman is ranked places ahead of New England in the rankings.
The win improved Bowman's record to 16-5. The loss dropped New England back to even at 10-10.
Bowman will square off against Heart River co-op [Belfield/South Heart] on Friday. Heart River co-op [Belfield/South Heart] is also hoping to continue their momentum after a 53-35 victory over Stanley this past Saturday. As for the Tigers, they will face off against Glen Ullin/Hebron on Friday. New England won't have the home-court advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
