Everglades is 9-1 against West Broward since December of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Everglades Gators will head out on the road to face off against the West Broward Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. Everglades comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 14 points in their last three games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 76-14, which was the final score in Everglades' tilt against Flanagan on Thursday. Everglades was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-6.
Meanwhile, West Broward's five-game losing streak dating back to last season came to an end on Monday. They strolled past Miramar with points to spare, taking the game 47-28. The win was just what West Broward needed coming off of a 60-14 defeat in their prior contest.
Everglades' loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for West Broward, their win ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-4.
