The Hamilton Heights Huskies will be home for the holidays to greet the Lebanon Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hamilton Heights will be strutting in after a win while Lebanon will be coming in after a loss.
Hamilton Heights scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against West Lafayette and snuck past 75-72. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Meanwhile, Lebanon came up short against Danville on Friday and fell 59-52. While losing is never fun, Lebanon can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 251st, while Danville is ranked 33rd).
Jack Ferrell put forth a good effort for the losing side as he scored 19 points along with six rebounds. Those 19 points set a new season-high mark for him. Kaden Lark was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with four steals.
The victory makes it two in a row for Hamilton Heights and bumps their season record up to 3-4. As for Lebanon, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.
Hamilton Heights took a serious blow against Lebanon in their previous meeting back in November of 2022, falling 71-42. Will Hamilton Heights have more luck at home instead of on the road? Come back here after the game to get analysis of the match and other basketball content.
