The Nampa Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight defeat. They took a hard 57-43 fall against Eagle. Nampa has not had much luck with Eagle recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Eagle got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Cole Pugh out in front who scored ten points along with six rebounds and five steals. Cal Huish was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds.
Nampa's defeat was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Eagle, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.
Nampa does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Eagle, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 64-40 win vs. Borah on the 10th.
