After a string of seven wins, The Osceola Grace E Eagles''s good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They were beaten by Columbus Crusaders 48-12. The low total for Osceola Grace E limited their streak of high-flying scores to four in a row.
Although Osceola Grace E took the loss, they still got scores from Eli Cocanower and Anand Ristow.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Columbus Crusaders to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jericho Etok, who picked up 115 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Etok's longest reception was for an incredible 70 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Bauer, who threw for 189 yards and two touchdowns on only 17 passes.
Osceola Grace E's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Columbus Crusaders, their win was their third straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 10-1.
