St. Dominic is 1-9 against St. Anthony since February of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The St. Dominic Bayhawks will head out on the road to face off against the St. Anthony's Friars at 7:30 p.m.
Back in January, St. Dominic was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 56-50 to St. Anthony's. St. Dominic has not had much luck with St. Anthony's recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
St. Dominic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for St. Anthony's, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.
St. Dominic came up short against St. Anthony's in their previous meeting back in January, falling 56-50. Can St. Dominic avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
