Poteet had already won 12 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it 13 on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Wilson Wildcats a 13-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 14-2 back in March.
Faith Castellanos was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched.
