Riverfield Country Day lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Lily Clark, who scored nine points along with nine rebounds and three steals. Nicya Moore was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on ten points and 16 rebounds.
Riverfield Country Day's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Copan, their victory bumped their record up to 5-13.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Riverfield Country Day on the road again on Thursday and play against Chouteau-Mazie at 6:00 p.m. on January 25th. As for Copan, they will face off against Bluejacket at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bluejacket is coming into the match on a six-game losing streak.
