Lincoln Southwest has gone a perfect 8-0 against Lincoln High recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Silver Hawks will head out on the road to face off against the Links at 5:00 p.m. Lincoln Southwest will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

It was a classic North v. South duel when Lincoln Southwest took on Lincoln North Star on Monday. The Silver Hawks blew past the Navigators 10-0. Considering Lincoln Southwest have won eight games by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Lincoln North Star from everywhere, as eight different players booted in a goal. Kianna Perez led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Lincoln High was a bit more limited in their contest on Monday. They lost 4-0 to Columbus. Lincoln High have struggled against Columbus recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Lincoln Southwest pushed their record up to 12-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 30 goals over those four matchups. As for Lincoln High, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-10.
