Mary Stronach made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over 4.2 innings pitched. Stronach was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.
In other batting news, Dayna Gillen was incredible, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with four runs, one triple, and one stolen base.
