Souerdyke Posts Huge Game in 60-18 Victory
Starting off the list is Thayer Central's Sam Souerdyke, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Souerdyke rushed for 209 yards and four touchdowns on only 14 carries. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making six total tackles and defending two passes in addition to snagging two interceptions.

Ethan Shaw was instrumental in extending Sandy Creek's winning streak to seven on Friday. Shaw was dynamite, rushing for 106 yards and three touchdowns, while also throwing for 183 yards and four touchdowns on only 15 passes. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making seven total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defending a pass.
Exeter-Milligan/Friend had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Shaw it was a similar story. When Shaw last faced the Bobcats back in September of 2023, he rushed for 85 yards and four touchdowns, and also threw for 247 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.8 yards per attempt.

Connor Rempe Goes Supernova in Sandy Creek Victory
Sandy Creek picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Connor Rempe. Nobody could stop Rempe as he picked up 38 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 33 yards.
Rempe must have Exeter-Milligan/Friend's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Rempe saw the Bobcats), he picked up 119 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 51 yards.

Jacob Huxoll Puts an End to Sutton's Losing Streak on Thursday
Sutton's three-game losing streak is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Jacob Huxoll. Southern had no answer to Huxoll on Thursday as he made 11 total tackles.
Sutton now has a winning record of 4-3. Huxoll and Sutton will challenge Tri County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
