Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Leroy Bears walked away with it. They blew past the Bulldogs 40-18. Leroy's win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Leroy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brayden Huebner led the charge by rushing for 43 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 154 yards and two touchdowns. Malik Howell also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Leroy's victory bumped their record up to 12-0. As for Brantley, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.
Leroy will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Elba at 7:00 p.m. on December 1st. Elba has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 667 points over their last 13 matchups. Brantley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
