Everything went their way against Poteet as Sunnybrook Christian made off with a 58-33 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Sunnybrook Christian also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2018.
Christian Huber was the offensive standout of the contest as he scored 26 points. The contest was his third in a row with at least ten points. Gabe Minica was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Sunnybrook Christian has yet to lose a matchup on the road this season, leaving them with a 3-0 record. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points per game. As for Poteet, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Sunnybrook Christian's road trip will continue as they head out to face Cotulla at 3:00 p.m. on November 30th. Cotulla will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 1270th, while Sunnybrook Christian is ranked 159th). As for Poteet, they will head out on the road to face off against Knippa at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
