It's playoff time, and Whitman had no trouble coming through when it counted. They took their contest on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 72-45 win over the Churchill Bulldogs. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 26 points or more this season.

Titian DeRosa had an outrageously good game as he went 7-for-10 en route to 21 points in addition to five boards and three steals. That's the most points he has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Max Williams, who scored nine points along with eight rebounds and five assists.

Whitman's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-4. As for Churchill, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-16.

Coming up, Whitman will face off against Bethesda-Chevy Chase at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Whitman's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 16 games. Churchill does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
