Having just played yesterday, the Parkville Knights will jump right back in to play the Liberty Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the pair will really light up the scoreboard.
On Wednesday, it was close, but Parkville capped 2023 with a 57-55 victory over Urbana. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Parkville.
Parkville got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Cameron Alexander out in front who scored 18 points. The match was Alexander's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Kyliek Howard, who scored 18 points.
Meanwhile, Liberty didn't have too much trouble with Glenelg at home on Thursday as they won 57-41.
Parkville has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Liberty, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
