The Windham RVT Mighty Tigers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 118-50 win over Wilcox RVT at home. Windham RVT has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 20 points or more this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Windham RVT to victory, but perhaps none more so than Dezmen Gaston, who scored 32 points along with five assists and two steals. Gaston hasn't dropped below 18 points for five straight games. Brady Marsh was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 29 points and 12 rebounds.
Despite the loss, Wilcox RVT still got an impressive performance from Morrison Beck, who scored 23 points. That was a full 46% of Wilcox RVT's points, marking the fifth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaiah Anderson, who scored nine points.
The win was the fourth in a row for Windham RVT, bringing their record for this year to 10-4. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 93.5 points per game. As for Wilcox RVT, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.
Windham RVT will be playing at home against the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Grasso Tech is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 57.2 points per game this season. As for Wilcox RVT, they will head out on the road to square off against the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Platt RVT is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last five games.
