The Santa Anna Mountaineers can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. They blew past Olfen, posting a 60-19 victory on the road. The victory was familiar territory for Santa Anna who now have six in a row.
Devan Ray was nothing short of spectacular: he scored 21 points along with seven steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Wyatt Strickland, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds and five steals.
Santa Anna has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Olfen, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Santa Anna won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against the Bulldogs at 11:00 a.m. on January 27th. Olfen will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on the Mountaineers at 7:00 p.m. on February 13th.
