Elodia Peplinski was another key contributor, scoring six points along with six rebounds and five assists.
Even though they lost, Glen Lake were working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
Glen Lake's loss ended a eight-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 2-2. As for Elk Rapids, their victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.
Glen Lake will take on Frankfort at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Elk Rapids, they will head out on the road to face off against St. Francis at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. St. Francis and Elk Rapids are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads.
