The Weimar Wildcats waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins but they left with four. They came out on top against Bloomington by a score of 46-35. This was payback for Weimar, who suffered a 52-35 loss the last time these two teams met.
Despite the loss, Bloomington had strong showings from Khyli Proctor, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds, and Kenzi Proctor, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and five blocks. Proctor hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for four straight games.
Weimar now has a winning record of 15-14. As for Bloomington, their defeat dropped their record down to 24-10.
Weimar does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bloomington, they will square off against Thrall at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Thrall will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something Bloomington surely won't give up without a fight.
