Eads put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Harrison Panthers get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. Give the Eagles' pitching crew some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.
Adyn Hough made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out nine over five innings pitched. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in May of 2024.
In other batting news, Stockton Mitchek was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. He has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times he's played. Shaine Winder was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games.
