Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology scored the most points they've had all season to find success last Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 54-39 victory over Yorktown.
Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology can attribute much of their success to Helena Johnson, who scored nine points, and Kaiden Kerkulah, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 16 rebounds. That's the first time this season that Kerkulah scored 15 or more points.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Manassas Park, who are still winless after their ninth game. They were beaten by Skyline 65-5 on Wednesday.
The victory got Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology back to even at 3-3. As for Manassas Park, they bumped their record down to 0-9 with that defeat, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season.
