Gurley rushed for 57 yards and a pair of scores on only seven carries while Lynch gained 172 total yards and five touchdowns. Lynch really tore up the turf during one magnificent 86-yard run.

St. Edward didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off seven passes before the game was over. Gurley and Lynch were the leaders of the group effort as each produced three apiece. Lynch got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
