Mannford was led to victory by Brayden Rodriguez and Max Moore. Rodriguez rushed for 153 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.5 yards per carry, while Moore rushed for 104 yards and two touchdowns. Rodriguez was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 50 yards.
Mount St. Mary's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their overall record down to 2-7. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 14.8 points per game.
