Whitehouse never let their opponents score on Friday. They put the hurt on the Tyler Lions with a sharp 19-0 win. Considering the Wildcats have won 12 matches by more than nine runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Whitehouse and bumps their season record up to 16-5. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for Tyler, their loss was their 23rd straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-17.

Coincidentally, Whitehouse and Tyler will both be playing Hallsville the next time they take the field. Whitehouse will host Hallsville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Tyler will host them at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
