The Tascosa Rebels won against the Caprock Longhorns last Friday with three goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Monday. Tascosa came out on top against Caprock by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back wins for Tascosa.
They hit Caprock with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Tabitha Fowler,
Maren Peck, and
Bentleigh Bundy.
Tascosa's win bumped their record up to 6-3-7. As for Caprock, their loss dropped their record down to 8-7.
Tascosa will be playing in front of their home fans against Plainview at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Tascosa is not getting complacent considering they own a much higher rank in Texas (they are ranked 262nd, while Plainview is ranked 652nd). As for Caprock, they will head out on the road to face off against Amarillo at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
