Heritage Academy came out on top against Whitefield Academy on Thursday thanks in part to Austin Brown's efforts. Brown was dynamite, tossing 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. He has become a key player for Heritage Academy: the team is 8-2 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 5-6-1 otherwise.
