After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pullman, Clarkston was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the East Valley Knights. The Bantams have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Knights, too.

While Clarkston won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-23, 25-14.

With the victory, Clarkston broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 5-7. As for East Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Clarkston is set to face off against their familiar foe North Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, East Valley will square off against rival Rogers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
