Northside took care of business in their home opener (barely) on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Corner Yellow Jackets 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Rams have posted since October 1, 2024.

Northside had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-18, 15-9.

Corner now has a losing record of 1-2.

Northside has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Central on the 23rd. As for Corner, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against American Christian Academy on the 23rd.
