This season hasn't been kind to The South Bison, who are still winless after their ninth matchup. The game between South and Laramie wasn't particularly close, with South falling 19-3. South has struggled against Laramie recently, as their contest on Friday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Laramie got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Fisher Frude out in front who threw for 129 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 passes. The team also got some help courtesy of Max Alexander, who picked up 96 receiving yards and a touchdown.
South's defeat was their 18th straight at home (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 0-9. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 5.8 points per game. As for Laramie, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-8.
South does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Laramie is also done with their season.
