The Webberville Spartans lost against the Parkway Christian Eagles back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Webberville took a serious blow against Parkway Christian, falling 79-46.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Parkway Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tyler Powers, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 13 rebounds. The match was Powers' fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Wolgast, who scored 21 points along with 8 rebounds.
Webberville's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Parkway Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.
Webberville will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against Bendle at 7:00 p.m. on December 11th. Bendle will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. As for Parkway Christian, they will be playing at home against Landmark Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
