Circle were able to grind out a solid victory over Scobey/Opheim last Friday, winning 60-50. Yes, you read that final score correctly. Yes, this was football.
Meanwhile, if Lodge Grass were riding high off their 64-28 takedown of St. Labre Indian Catholic two weeks ago, that ride came to an abrupt end. Lodge Grass found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 18-52 punch to the gut against Forsyth.
Circle took the game and then some with a 54-8 win the last time the two teams met over Lodge Grass. Will Circle repeat their success, or does Lodge Grass have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
