The Kali Wolverines lost against the Nunamiut Amaguq back in January of 2020, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Kali took a serious blow against Nunamiut, falling 86-13. Kali has struggled against Nunamiut recently, as their contest on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Nunamiut's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kevin Gordon, who scored 23 points along with seven steals. Justus Mulcahy was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with five steals.
Kali's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Nunamiut, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Kali does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Nunamiut will head out on the road to face off against Non Varsity Opponent at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
