The Dora Bulldogs scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They breezed by Fultondale at home to the tune of 73-39. Dora has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matchups by 20 points or more this season.
Dora's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ja'laya Harris, who scored 22 points along with six rebounds and five steals. Harris has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last eight times she's played. Bella Reese was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds.
The victory was the third in a row for Dora, bringing their record for this year to 22-6. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.7 points per game. As for Fultondale, their loss dropped their record down to 5-16.
Dora will be playing in front of their home fans against Montevallo at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Dora has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Fultondale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
