Bethel-Tate suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Tuesday. They were the victim of a rough 63-40 defeat at the hands of Williamsburg. While losing is never fun, Bethel-Tate can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 513th, while Williamsburg is ranked 117th).
Georgetown now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Bethel-Tate, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-7.
Georgetown strolled past Bethel-Tate in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 by a score of 51-33. The rematch might be a little tougher for Georgetown since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
