The Carmichaels Mighty Mikes lost against the Frazier Commodores back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Carmichaels took a 42-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Commodores.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Frazier to victory, but perhaps none more so than Dailan Mcmanus, who scored 16 points along with two steals. Brock Alekson was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with 11 rebounds.
Carmichaels has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season. As for Frazier, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Carmichaels will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against the Rangers at 7:30 p.m. on February 6th. Fort Cherry is coming into the contest hot, having won their last nine games. As for Frazier, they will head out on the road to challenge the Blue Devils at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
