The Greendale Panthers won the last time they faced the West Allis Central Bulldogs, and things went their way on Friday too. Greendale breezed by West Allis Central on the road to the tune of 69-31. With that win, Greendale brought their scoring average up to 50.2 points per game.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Greendale to victory, but perhaps none more so than Peyton Yoder, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Yoder is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Macey St Lawrence, who scored seven points along with 13 rebounds and three steals.
Greendale now has a winning record of 6-5. As for West Allis Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-12.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greendale will take on Waterford at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for West Allis Central, they will play host again and welcome St. Francis, where tip off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Monday. St. Francis is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
